Compose
Simplify document composition with our dynamic templates. We build multi-page, bilingual, stylised templates for frequently created documents. Templates can differ department to department, user to user. Behind each dynamic template we prepare relevant workflow, for example once an employment contract is created by HR, it will automatically be forwarded to the hiring manager for review. Once approved the contract will be converted to PDF and sent to the applicant who will be able to review and electronically sign.
Store and search

Additionally we provide “Enterprise Search” functionality and services, use CORE as a search engine for all files across your organisation, no matter the origin of the file whether it was on an end user PC or a share folder on the network. After executing a network wide audit we are able to consolidate all files, securely archive and re-evaluate access control policies.
Share and collaborate
Empower your business, with CORE you are able to share files or folders with suppliers, clients or any third party that you correspond with. External users will receive email notifications with a link to the file(s), where they will be able to view, download, upload or sign depending on access control configuration.

Sign
