Complex functionality in an easy to use package

We’ve designed TRACE Sign to be a simple to use application similar in look and feel to other web applications that most computer users will be familiar with. The intuitive design allows for quick adoption across whole teams without complex training on the system.
Upon logging in to the system you will be taken to your ‘inbox’ where you able to see files that users have shared with you and requested an action.
Users are also able to log in and customise their dashboard to show the vital information they need every time they log in.
Simplified interface for users outside of the system

When sending a document to be signed by someone outside of the system they are taken to a lightweight version of the TRACE Sign app. Here they are given a plethora of options to sign the document, including: a stamp creator tool, image upload or the draw tool where they can write their new signature using a mouse or touch screen.
You can set designated spots where individual users can join, or let users drag their signature around to their own selected position. They can also add a timestamp and annotation to the document.
Easily view the important information

Always have access to the information that matters to you most. Highlight any document and you can see details, comments and history without even opening the document. Or, preview and edit the document directly in the system without having to download a local copy of the file.
